Read moreWhen the Brownfield Board of Trustees met on Monday, April 19, they did not begin in the usual room and in their usual chairs. Instead, the board of trustees met outside of the new high school and received a tour of the campus. The trustees and audience were able to see how much of the campus has been completed and were given a map to show not only where they were but what area and room they were looking at. The members of the board were able to speak with the foreman and ask questions of their tour guides, and more importantly, they received answers on what has been finished and what is still being worked on. When the tour was concluded, the board members left to the administration building to discuss the remaining items on the agenda.
