President George Washington once acted upon a resolution by the U.S. Federal Congress, naming November 26, 1789 as a day of thanksgiving to God. LADY BRONCOS FALL AT HOME TO LADY EAGLES

After playing the last two games on the road, both wins, the Meadow girls’ basketball team returned home to face O’Donnell on Friday night. The Lady Broncos (2-3) put up a valiant effort but at the end of four quarters, they fell to the Lady Eagles 51-33. Fayth Haile led Meadow with 19 points.
