City Council Honors scholarship recipients and discusses multiple matters

The Brownfield City Council met Thursday morning for their regularly scheduled meeting to discuss a multitude of matters. Council members Kelli Mendez, Celso Duran, Leon Pope, Marshall Martel, Mark Williams, and Jimmy Garza were all present on the quorum along with Mayor Tom Hesse, City Manager Jeff Davis, Secretary Kelly Burris and attorney Matt Wade who joined the meeting via phone call.
