Afer spending four years as your commissioner of Precinct 4, and an additional 17 years working in that precinct, I have plenty of experience and have seen the right way and wrong way to do things. In my time as Commissioner, we have put down over 12 miles of caliche and over three miles of blacktop, plus 20-25 culcerts have been installed. That is just in Precinct 4.

Read moreRepresenting the Noon Lions Club, Jaelyn Rae Molina. Jaelyn is the daughter of Louie and Amanda Martinez and the granddaughter of Felix and Eileen Riojas. She is a senior at Brownfield High School where she is a member of the Varsity Volleyball team, a Cosmetology and Duel Credit student and apart of the Practical Education Program. In the future, she would like to pursue a degree in Education from Texas Tech University. Her favorite part of Harvest Festival has been meeting new people in the community and attending dance camp over the summer.
