Cubs basketball earns split in second week

The Brownfield boys’ basketball team played the second week of Frenship summer league games. The Cubs played their third and fourth games of the league facing Littlefield and Idalou in the Frenship junior varsity gym. The Cubs lost to Littlefield 52-42 and bounced back to defeat Idalou 62-48. Brownfield is 3-1 in summer play.
