Undefeated Lady Cubs take win in 4 sets

The Brownfield Lady Cubs defeated the Levelland Loboettes in Tuesday night’s game. The Lady Cubs started out strong, winning the first set 25-22. The second set was a tough loss, 21-25, followed by a third set victory of 30-28.

The City of Brownfield

The City of Brownfield Water and Street Departments were not off on Labor Day as they had to combat another water main break. Early Monday morning the City Water Department was called out to fix and restore a water main at the corner of West Hill and North 3rd Street. The Water Dept. was able to have the main repaired by 2 p.m.
